Our store caters to a variety of pets commonly found in South Africa, including dogs, cats, birds, fish, small mammals like rabbits and guinea pigs, and reptiles.

Yes, we offer delivery services nationwide across South Africa. We aim to ensure safe and prompt delivery of all orders to our customers' doorsteps.
What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees are based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Free delivery may be available for orders above R2,000.00, and specific details are provided during checkout.

Unfortunately our frozen food selection is only available for collection.
If you live within 5km of our physical store, located at The Woods Shopping Centre in Craighall Park, then you can message us on 072 300 5459 to arrange delivery of our frozen food range.
How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated according to the total weight of your cart total.
- R99 flat rate shipping applies to a total cart weight of 0-10kg
- R149 flat rate shipping applies to a total cart weight of 10-20kg
- R185 flat rate shipping applies to a total cart weight of 20kg +
What is the estimated delivery time?
What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery times vary depending on your location within South Africa and the shipping method selected. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days thereafter.
Courier delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days if you are within a major town, 3 to 5 working days if you are in an outlying area, or up to 7 working days if you are in a remote area - this is from the time that your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery via courier door-to-door takes place Monday to Friday during office hours only. Orders might occasionally be shipped in 2 or more parcels due to logistics and timing, but generally all items are shipped together in one parcel. While the couriers usually deliver within the time specified above, these times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Good Boi Club cannot be held liable for delays in delivery times.

Yes, we provide order tracking services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your package.

Yes, we have a physical store where customers can visit, browse our products, seek pet care advice, and make purchases in person. Our store location and operating hours are available here.

Absolutely! We offer a convenient "Click and Collect" option for online orders. Simply select the "Collect In Store" option during checkout, and your order will be ready for collection at our store.

Orders for store pick-up are typically ready on the same day, depending on product availability. You will receive a notification via email or phone once your order is ready for collection.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and other secure online payment options. Cash and card payments are also accepted at our physical store.
Payments are facilitated by our secure payment processing partner (Payfast). Special arrangements can also be made for direct EFT's on request.

What is your return policy?
We have a straightforward return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) under the following conditions:
- The item(s) is in the original packaging and is undamaged.
- The item(s) has not been used.
- The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving it.
- The transport cost of returning the item(s) will fall to the purchaser.
- Custom made item(s) are not eligible to for our return policy.
